Influence perception and physical action through imagination
 
           Imagine a line running from top of a mannequin's head down to their feet. Imagine you have to punch this mannequin as hard as you can. To do this, you  aim for the line, plus one foot past the line. This is called focus. You will hit the mannequin harder. Once this trick of imagination becomes habit you will always aim past your goal. You will always push yourself forward.
           If you imagine you have metal bar in your fist you are imaging your fist is heavy than it it. If you punch the mannequin with that heavy fist you will hit harder. You can change the perception of your own strength though your imagination.
Always remember how powerful your thoughts are. Thoughts cannot replace doing the actual hard work, but they will help you focus your physical actions by influencing your perception. You can use your imagination to push yourself farther and to feel stronger so you can accomplish your goals.
